It is the year, 1189, King Henry II, the current ruler of England has newly named his youngest son, Prince John, heir to the throne. Queen Eleanor of Aquitaine, Henry's wife, is in captivity for leading a rebellion against Henry, and his son Prince Richard has been banished for his participation. Meanwhile, in the shire of Gregor's Crossing the Baron and Baroness have planned a wonderful festival day and invited some very special guests, King Henry II and His royal court. However, unbeknownst to the Baron the Sheriff has invited a special guest of his own, Prince Richard.
